So proud my first stuffed chicken legs with ham .

Today, I decided to go to my culinary book pages , I saw a stuffed chicken legs recipe mmmmmm . How can you stuff a chicken leg ? Is that possible ? I read the method ,kind of challenging .  I said to myself I have to do it !!!  It was a nice experience . Probably I could have done better if my 3 daughters don't stop asking me what I was doing or asking me for candy , juice , change the x box game and so on I think I did ok . I cannot wait for my husband to try it .

My Culinary School Experience

I started this year with great news , after taking several classes such as sanitation , menu design , cost control and so on, finally I was able to take some culinary skills classes . It was an amazing experience, every week I learned something new, with new people and my spectacular Chef . I will totally miss her , all her knowledge , charisma and dedication will stay with me forever ; You cannot take the feeling and experience away from your heart . I already miss her and I will never forget her words and quote " I want all of you succeed ". These are some pictures of this experience
