Vegetable pasta medley with asparagus , sweet peas and red quinoa .

I love pasta salad, but I think we can add some vegetables for our health . In this case I got some organic sweet peas and asparagus . 

Now, I love red quinoa , have such perhaps the most striking health benefits and I try to eat at least twice a week.  Give such a good energy and with all my girls running around the house . I really need energy.

I mix all these amazing ingredients with just little of mayonnaise. Not a lot , just enought to enhance the flavor , little of salt and olive oil .

OMG it's delicious and healthy .
